On October 27, 1995, at 1219 central daylight time, a Cessna T210F, N6115R, registered to and operated by a private owner as a Title 14 CFR Part 91 personal flight, was substantially damage following a loss of control during landing roll at Richard Lloyd Jones Airport, near Tulsa, Oklahoma.
