Analysis

THE INSTRUCTOR AND A PRIMARY STUDENT WERE MANEUVERING THE AIRPLANE AT MINIMUM AIRSPEED APPROXIMATELY 650 FT ABOVE GROUND LEVEL, WITH THE FLAPS FULLY EXTENDED. THE AIRPLANE EXPERIENCED A STALL AND SUBSEQUENTLY ENTERED A FLAT SPIN PRIOR TO IMPACTING THE TERRAIN.
