THE PILOT STATED THAT HE ALLOWED THE AIRPLANE TO FLY SO SLOW THAT HE STALLED IT DURING THE DESCENT FOR LANDING AND WAS UNABLE TO RECOVER DUE TO A LACK OF SUFFICIENT ALTITUDE.
