Analysis

DURING TAKEOFF, THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR TIRE EXPLODED CAUSING THE PILOT TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT SUBSEQUENTLY GROUND LOOPED. THE LEFT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED IN OVERLOAD AS THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY AND INTO THE DIRT.
