THE COMMERCIAL PILOT LOST CONTROL DURING LANDING ROLL. THE PLANE GROUND LOOPED TO THE RIGHT, STRUCK A CONCRETE WELL COVER, AND COLLAPSED THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR. THE PLANE CAME TO REST RIGHT WING LOW, WITH THE RIGHT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER BENT.
