THE PILOT IN COMMANDS FAILURE TO ATTAIN A TOUCHDOWN ON THE RUNWAY RESULTING IN TOUCHDOWN TO THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND A NOSE OVER IN SOFT TERRAIN.
