THE STUDENT PILOT, ON THE SECOND LANDING OF HIS SECOND SUPERVISED SOLO, ALLOWED THE AIRPLANE TO FALL THROUGH IN THE FLARE AND SUBSEQUENTLY LOST CONTROL. THE AIRPLANE VEERED LEFT OFF OF THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK A DITCH AND A FENCE.
