Analysis

DURING THE INITIAL CLIMB, THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE. THE AIRPLANE THEN STALLED AND CRASHED AT THE DEPARTURE END OF THE TAKEOFF AREA. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. THE PILOT AND PASSENGER WERE NOT INJURED.
