Analysis

SHORTLY AFTER TAKING OFF FROM THE APPROXIMATELY 2,000 FOOT LONG AGRICULTURAL AIRSTRIP, THE AIRPLANE SETTLED BACK TO THE TERRAIN. THE PILOT BEGAN DUMPING HIS LOAD OF INSECTICIDE BUT WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN FLIGHT AND THE AIRPLANE MUSHED INTO AN ADJACENT COTTON FIELD. POST IMPACT FIRE CONSUMED MUCH OF THE WRECKAGE.

PREMATURE LIFT OFF AND SUBSEQUENT STALL.
