THE PILOT EXPLAINED THAT DURING THE INITIAL CLIMB, THE AIRPLANE STALLED AND SUBSEQUENTLY CRASHED ONTO A GRAVEL BAR. THE AIRPLANE WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED.
