PILOT'S INADEQUATE PREFLIGHT WHICH RESULTED IN AN ENGINE FAILURE DUE TO WATER CONTAMINATION OF THE FUEL SYSTEM. THE WIRES, TREES, AND UTILITY POLE WERE RELATED FACTORS.
