THE PILOT HAD EXCESSIVE AIRSPEED, MISJUDGED THE LANDING DISTANCE, AND DID NOT GO AROUND. THE HIGH OBSTRUCTIONS (TREES),WET RUNWAY, DITCH, AND UNEVEN TERRAIN (ROADWAY) WERE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS.
