Analysis

THE AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH A HILL DURING A NIGHT VISUAL APPROACH. THE PILOT STATED THAT THERE WAS SOME TURBULENCE ON THE APPROACH, AND THAT THE APPROACH LOOKED LIKE A 'BLACK HOLE'. HE ALSO STATED THAT HE WAS TOO LOW.
