DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION MANEUVER THE PILOT FLEW INTO TWO 23,000 VOLT POWERLINES. THE HELICOPTER'S ROTOR BLADES STRUCK THE POWERLINES, THE AIRCRAFT TURNED TO THE RIGHT AND DESCENDED TO THE GROUND.
