Analysis

THE PLT REPORTED THAT AS HE RAISED THE LANDING GEAR DURING TAKEOFF, THE ENG SIMULTANEOUSLY LOST POWER. HE INITIATED AN EMERGENCY LANDING ON THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE RWY. ACCCORDING TO HIM, THE ACFT STALLED WHILE HE WAS HOLDING IT IN A NOSE HIGH ATTITUDE & WHILE ATTEMPTING TO EXTEND THE GEAR. THE ACFT STRUCK THE RWY, LEFT WING 1ST WITH THE GEAR IN TRANSIT. THE OUTBOARD 1/3 OF THE LEFT WING WAS BENT UPWARD, THE LEFT GEAR PUNCTURED THE WING & THE RIGHT GEAR COLLAPSED. ALSO, THE FUSELAGE, ENG COWLING & PROP WERE DAMAGED. LATER, THE ENG OPERATED NORMALLY DURING A TEST RUN.
