Factual Information

On September 24, 2008 at 0645 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Liberty XL-2, Australian registration VH-CZX, collided with the terrain near Hoxton Park, Australia. The pilot, the sole occupant, was killed. It is reported that the airplane collided in an open level field. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Australian government.
