Factual Information

On August 25, 2012, at 1215 Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), a Cessna 210N, Brazilian registration PT-OKZ, operated by a private individual, was destroyed following a collision with terrain near Agua Clara, Brazil. The flight originated at Tres Lagoas, Brazil (SSTL) and was destined for Tres Lagoas (SJUQ). The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Brazil.
