Factual Information

On February 3, 2013, about 2230 coordinated universal time, a Beech C90A, Brazilian registration PP-AVG, was destroyed when it impacted terrain near Cândido Mota, Brazil. The pilot and four passengers were fatally injured. The flight originated from Regional De Maringa Airport (SBMG), Maringa, Brazil and was destined for Congonhas-Sao Paulo International Airport (SBSP), Sao Paulo, Brazil. This accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Aeronautical Accident Prevention and Investigation Center (CENIPA) of Brazil.
