The BFU-DE of Germany has notified the NTSB of an accident involving an Airbus 330 that occurred on March 06, 2013 in Chicago, Illinois. The NTSB delegated the investigation to Germany and has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the BFU-DE's investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Occurrence. All investigative information will be released by the BFU-DE.
