Factual Information

On July 21, 2013, about 1256 Japan standard time, a Gulfstream Aerospace AG-5 (Tiger) airplane, Japanese registration JA4175, sustained substantial damage during a forced landing following a loss of engine power. The accident occurred as the pilot was making an emergency landing at the Tajima Airport, Tajima, Japan. The pilot and two passengers all sustained injuries, one of which sustained serious injuries. The airplane was equipped with a Lycoming O-360-A4K engine. This report is for information purposes only.
