On January 9, 2014, approximately 1904 universal coordinated time (UTC), a Bell 206L3, Colombian registration HK4462, was destroyed following a collision with terrain near Colombia, Anorí, Antioquia. The local flight originated in Puerto Berrío, Antioquia. The commercial pilot and four passengers were fatally injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of the Colombia.
