Factual Information

On April 6, 2014, about 1130 universal coordinated time, an Embraer EMB-720D, Brazilian registration PT-ROS, was destroyed when it impacted trees and terrain near Aripuanã, Brazil. The pilot and three passengers were fatally injured. The flight originated from Aripuanã Airport (SWRP), Aripuanã, Brazil. This accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Aeronautical Accident Prevention and Investigation Center (CENIPA) of Brazil.
