Factual Information

On May 27, 2014, about 1050 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Beechcraft B200, Argentina registration LV-CNT, was substantially damaged when it impacted the water near Rio de la Plata, Uruguay. The Argentinian pilot and four of the passengers were fatally injured, four other passengers sustained serious injuries. The flight had departed San Fernando Airport (SADF), Buenos Aires, Argentina with an intended destination of Carmelo Airport (SUCM), Colonia, Uruguay. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Uruguay.
