Factual Information

On June 13, 2014, about 1500 UTC, a Schweizer 269C, OO-JCS (s/n S1749) impacted terrain at the airfield of Cerfontaine, Belgium (EBCF). The helicopter was destroyed. One pilot was fatally injured and one pilot was seriously injured. This investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the government of Belgium.
