Factual Information

On September 16, 2014, at 1241 coordinated universal time, an Agusta-Bell 206B helicopter, G-SUEX, impacted the water off the coast of Flamborough, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. The pilot and passenger were both fatally injured. The helicopter was destroyed. The helicopter departed Ness Point, Suffolk, and was en route to Humberside Airport, Lincolnshire. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the United Kingdom's Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB).
