Factual Information

On August 18, 2014, about 1335 UTC, a Robinson R44, EI-DDA (s/n 10105) was involved in a forced landing following an inflight vibration near Ringaskiddy, Ireland. The engine was significantly damaged. The pilot was not injured. This investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the government of Ireland.
