Factual Information

On November 10, 2014, about 1723 universal coordinated time, a Beech A36, Brazilian registration PT-WVM, was destroyed when it impacted terrain in Macarani, Brazil after an inflight loss of control. The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured. The flight originated at Deputado Luis Eduardo Magalhaes International Airport (SBSV), Salvador, Brazil, and was destined for Belo Horizonte – Pampulha Airport (SBBH), Pampulha, Brazil. The personal flight was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations. This investigation is under jurisdiction of the Government of Brazil.
