On December 6, 2014, about 1021 universal coordinated time, a Cessna U206F, Brazilian registration PT-JSM, was substantially damaged when it impacted the ground in a rural area, about 10 minutes after takeoff from Campo Grande/Estancia Santa Maria Airport (SSKG), Campo Grande, Brazil. The pilot and passenger were fatally injured. The personal flight was destined for Fazenda Capao Verde Airport (SSGH), Aquidauana, Brazil and was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations. This investigation is under jurisdiction of the Government of Brazil.
