The Civil Aviation Authority of Ecuador has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a HAL Dhruvhelicopter, which occurred on January 13, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S Accredited Representative to assist.All investigative information will be released by the Government of Ecuador.
