On April 11, 2015, at 2200 coordinated universal time, a privately owned Cessna 201L, Brazilian registered PR-APG, was destroyed when it impacted terrain under unknown circumstances near Assuncao do Piaui Municipality, State of Piaui, Brazil. The pilot was killed. This investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the government of Brazil.
