Factual Information

On August 23, 2015, about 1530 coordinated universal time, a De Havilland DHC-2 MK. I airplane, collided with wooded mountainous terrain near Lac Long, Quebec, Canada. The pilot and 5 passengers were fatally injured. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Canadian government.
