On September 4, 2015, about 1110 coordinated universal time, a Cessna 150F airplane, G-ATKF, impacted terrain during takeoff at the Hinton in the Hedges Airfield, near Brackley, United Kingdom. The pilot was fatally injured and the airplane sustained substantial damage. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the government of the United Kingdom.
