On December 28, 2015, about 2227 universal coordinated time, a Canadian registered Mooney M20K, C-GUXC, impacted terrain while attempting to land at Mascouche (CSK3), Quebec, Canada. The pilot was fatally injured and the passenger was seriously injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Canada.
