Factual Information

On April 20, 2016, at 1253 universal coordinated time (UTC), a Cessna 150 airplane, Czech Republic registration OK-OKA, serial number 150741140, sustained substantial damage when it impacted terrain near the Strakonice Airport (LKST), Strakonice, Czech Republic. The pilot, the sole occupant, was fatally injured. The flight departed Bubovice, Czech Republic, and was destined for Jindrichuv Hradec, Czech Republic. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Czech Republic government.
