Factual Information

On June 25, 2016, about 2106 Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), a Cessna U206F, N9662G, operated by Chrimat Inc., was substantially damaged following a loss of engine power and forced landing at Fresh Creek, Bahamas. The pilot was not injured. The airplane departed Fresh Creek Airport (MYAF) and was destined for Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), West Palm Beach, Florida.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
