Factual Information

The foreign authority was the source of this information. On February 24, 2017, at 0738 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 162, AP-ZBQ, collided with terrain shortly after takeoff from Faisalabad, Pakistan. The airplane was operated by M/S. Shaheen Air Flying Training School LTD., as an instructional flight under the pertinent civil regulations of Pakistan. Both occupants on board were fatally injured. The airplane was substantially damaged. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Pakistan.
