The Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a AIRBUS A330 airplane that occurred on September 22, 2017. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.All investigative information will be released by the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong.
