Factual Information

On August 10, 2019, about 0855 hours universal coordinated time, a Bell 206-L1, Swedish registration SE-JOA, was damaged when the rotor blades struck the tail boom during an emergency landing following a loss of engine power after takeoff near Vuoggatjålme, Sweden. The pilot was not injured. The flight was originating at the time of the accident. The intended destination has not been determined.The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Swedish Accident Investigation Authority.
